Founded in 2012 by Enrico and Geltrude, the brewery has become synonymous with quality and craftsmanship in the world of craft beer. After his agricultural studies, Enrico combined his extensive knowledge with the entrepreneurial expertise of Geltrude, a marketing expert, to create unique beers. Supported by their family, they built a recognized and beloved brand. What was once a simple laboratory is now a successful brewery. With a team of seven experts and a wealth of awards, Birra dell’Eremo keeps alive the passion and enthusiasm of its early days.
