Les Intenables is 3 founders in november 2019 who meet around an available brewery, in Mundolsheim, following a Cessation of activity. As Jérome and Alice had already been looking for several months and Julien had this desire in mind for years, it didn’t beat around the bush! Neither one nor two, they decide to go for it and get started! In februari 2020 we are restorting the premises and the vats, we are brewing the first brews. The objective is to start with barrels while waiting for our auctioneer which should arrive in June. And the first beers are delivered to bars on March 12, 2020. In september the auctioneer finally arrives. Now we can offer lots of colorful cans!

In june 2021 we are starting to get cramped! Three new fermenters are brought in to increase the capacity from 600hl to 1000hl per year. It is also at this time that Valentin, our assistant brewer, joins the team! We think little by little that we risk having to move. In october 2021 we finally find our perfect place! Of course, we don’t own our walls and we don’t have the opportuniy to make a taproom for the moment, but the work has begun! On the way to a brand new brewery! In mai 2022 we upscale for a total of 2000hl oer year in a larger and more pleasant premises, in Rosheim. Paola the ambassador joins the team..

In januari 2023 we wanted a change! As if there hadn’t already been enough of a rebound in 2 years, you might say! The arrival of Jade, our graphic designeer, allows a complete overhaul of our labels. Illustrations for the ephemera and a pattern specific to the regular range. In 2023 we had a lot of events, in france, but also throughout Europe, new medals at the Barcelona Beer Challange and a new untenable: Victor joins us as a brewer! The beer is flowing, we are thinking of new vats. Also we release our first Barrel Aged projects.
